These Terms apply to all website visitors, customers, and business partners of AVERA Interiors, including all orders, products, services, and custom-made furniture.

By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

3. Products & Custom Orders

Product images are illustrative. Colors, textures, and materials may differ slightly from the final product.

Measurements are approximate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom-made products are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise indicated.

AVERA Interiors reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation or written approval.

Payments for custom-made products are non-refundable.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

AVERA Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, transportation issues, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.

6. Installation

Installation services are provided only if explicitly agreed in writing.

AVERA Interiors is not responsible for damages or defects caused by:

• Uneven floors or walls

• Incorrect plumbing or electrical installations

• Hidden structural problems

• Customer-provided measurements

7. Warranty

AVERA Interiors provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use

• Water or humidity damage

• Modifications made by third parties

8. Returns & Refunds

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund.

Delivery and transport costs are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

AVERA Interiors’ total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of income or profit

• Third-party service failures

• Installation errors not performed by us

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, and texts are the intellectual property of AVERA Interiors.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
