AVERA is not a factory. It is the coordinating partner between your project and manufacturing partners in North Macedonia that cut, edge, drill and assemble cabinet furniture on CNC lines. We translate your drawings and room lists into production-ready specifications, place the work with the right partner, follow it through quality control and organise delivery to site.

Brief and consultation

Layouts, elevations and rendered views for each room type. Revisions until you sign them off.

Specification and quotation
A line-by-line bill of materials, hardware list and finish schedule with a fixed price and calendar.

Production and quality control
A sample unit first. Then the run, with checkpoints we document in photos and a final inspection before packing.

Delivery and installation
Container or truck to your warehouse or site. Installation teams for EU projects, assembly instructions for everyone else.
Materials and hardware
Our partners work with European-standard boards, edges and hardware. We specify by property, not by brand: board class, edge thickness, hinge type, runner load, finish family. The result is a specification any buyer can audit and any partner can price.

- Melamine-faced chipboard 16 and 18 mm, MDF for painted fronts, moisture-resistant boards for bathrooms and kitchens

Questions buyers ask first
Does AVERA own a factory?
No. AVERA coordinates supply through independent manufacturing partners in North Macedonia that run CNC production. We handle design, specification, follow-up, quality control and logistics so you deal with one contact.
What is the minimum order?
Programme orders start from 10 units per design. Private-label ranges and custom designs are quoted from 20 units per design. Project furniture for hotels and apartment buildings is quoted per project.
Where do you deliver?
By truck across the EU and the Western Balkans, by container to the UK and the Gulf states. Transit time, incoterms and documents are confirmed in the quotation.
Do you install?
For EU projects we organise installation teams when the contract includes it. Outside the EU we deliver with labelled parts and assembly instructions.
What do you need from us to quote?
Drawings or a room list, quantities, target finishes and the delivery country. If you have none of these yet, a call and a few photos are enough to start.
How are payments structured?
Typically a deposit on order confirmation and the balance before shipment. Terms for repeat partners are agreed in writing per programme.
