Hotel furniture manufacturer for guest rooms, suites and serviced apartments

A hotel is a handful of room types repeated many times over. For each type we make the full set of cabinet furniture, from the wardrobe and headboard wall to the minibar unit and bathroom vanity, plus beds with upholstered or panel headboards and storage bases.

There is no stock range to fit your rooms around. Each room type is built from its own approved drawings, in the finishes of your interior designer's scheme. Each piece is described under bedroom and hotel-room casegoods.

It starts with one room type. Send its drawings, a spec sheet or the designer's finish schedule, with the number of rooms, the delivery address and your target dates. We confirm receipt within one working day and send any questions before pricing. Within three working days of a complete enquiry you receive a landed price, with no obligation: the unit price delivered to your site or warehouse, packaging and labelling, lead time for first and repeat orders, payment milestones and validity. Prices are confirmed after a technical review of the drawings or a sample.

From there every project follows the same steps, and no money or material moves until you have approved the step before it. One contact handles your project from the first drawings to handover. The room renderings on this page come from a hotel guest-room scheme we prepared at design stage.

The signed-off sample room fixes materials, hardware, finishes and construction for the order. The series is built to it, and so are later phases and the rooms of your next property, so a hospitality group can take one room concept from hotel to hotel. Drawings you supply remain your property and are used only for your orders. Terms for repeat orders are agreed in writing per programme.

Fronts and hardware can also be set at different build levels, for example one per brand in your group, all from the same production. These levels are examples; the final specification is confirmed in the written quotation.

Every line of the specification names a property you can check against other bids: board class, edge thickness, hinge type, runner load and finish family. Carcasses are melamine-faced chipboard in 16 or 18 mm, lacquered and routed fronts are MDF, and bathroom furniture is built from moisture-resistant materials. Upholstered headboards use the fabric and foam you specify.

If your brand standard names a board or hardware supplier, or asks for a certificate, tell us at enquiry stage and we build to it. On request we work with Egger, Kronospan, Kaindl, Blum, Hettich, Grass and Fundermax. Emission class and certificates are confirmed with the quotation.

Panels for every room set are cut on our beam saw, machined on CNC, edged, drilled and assembled in our own production in Tetovo, a day's drive from central Europe. Dimensions, edges, fittings and finish are checked against the approved sample, and you receive photographs of the checks before shipment. Because we make what we quote, your contact can check your order on the production floor.

Every set is labelled with the room it belongs to, protected with corner guards, stretch film and foam, and loaded on pallets or in crates. Shipments go by full truck or groupage across the EU and the Western Balkans, and by container to the UK and the Gulf states. Export documents are prepared per shipment, including the EUR.1 certificate of origin for EU deliveries. Incoterm and transit time are set in the quotation, and collection from North Macedonia is possible on request.

For EU projects we organise installation teams when the contract includes it, quoted after a review of location, access and responsibilities. Elsewhere, rooms arrive with labelled parts and assembly instructions.
