Flat-pack furniture manufacturer for retailers and e-commerce brands

Our flat-pack programmes cover cabinet furniture for every room: kitchen blocks and cabinets, wardrobes, nightstands and dressers, TV units, sideboards, desks, bathroom vanities and hallway units. We build them from your drawings, spec sheets or a product you already sell, as a private-label range or as a second source next to your current supplier. Every SKU is agreed as flat-packed or assembled, whichever suits your logistics.

Panels are cut on our beam saw, machined on CNC, edged, drilled and packed in our production in Tetovo. We make what we quote, so a question about a hole position or a carton size is checked on the production floor.

Each design is engineered for knock-down assembly before production starts. Hole positions, fittings, part labels, the hardware bag, the instructions and the carton are all part of the specification we confirm with you in writing.

Labels and instructions follow a spare-part logic, so a panel a customer reports as missing or damaged can be identified from its label.

Carton size, print and labels are set per SKU. Cartons are sized for pallet and container efficiency, printed with your artwork, brand, SKU and barcode, and made for parcel or pallet handling. Packing uses corner protection, foam and stretch wrap, and we prepare the pallet and container load plans.

One container can combine several designs, from 10 units per design, so a new SKU can travel with the lines you already reorder. Loads go by full truck or groupage across the EU and the Western Balkans, and by container to the UK and the Gulf states, with export documents for the route, including EUR.1 for EU deliveries. Collection from North Macedonia is possible on request.

Carcasses are melamine-faced chipboard in 16 or 18 mm, in plain, woodgrain or textured décors, with ABS edges from 0.8 to 2 mm and moisture-resistant board for bathroom and kitchen units. Fronts can be melamine, foil-wrapped, lacquered to RAL or NCS, acrylic or veneer, with MDF for lacquered and routed fronts.

Board, fronts and hardware are set per product line, so we can build both ends of your range: for example, melamine fronts, soft-close hinges and bar handles for an entry line, and lacquered or acrylic fronts, full-extension drawers and handleless profiles for a premium one. If your market needs a named supplier, a certificate or an emission class, tell us at enquiry stage. Brands we can build with on request: Egger, Kronospan, Kaindl, Blum, Hettich, Grass and Fundermax.

Start with one product you reorder regularly. Send its drawing, spec sheet or product link with your quantity per order and per year, your warehouse address, target dates and carton requirements. Within three working days of a complete enquiry you receive a landed quote, with no obligation: unit price delivered to your warehouse, packaging and labelling, lead time and payment milestones. Payment is typically a deposit on confirmation and the balance before shipment.
