We build wardrobes in standard or made-to-measure sizes, with hinged, sliding or aluminium-framed glass doors. Walk-in systems are built from open rails, shelves and drawer units. The same programme covers hallway and entrance storage such as shoe cabinets and coat panels, utility and laundry cabinets, and pantry and larder units.

Rails, shelves, drawers and lighting are configured per model. Door type, interior layout and finish are then fixed for that model, so every unit in a series and every repeat order matches the one you approved.

Fixed modules for retail, built to the room for projects

Retailers and online sellers get fixed modules in their own range sizes. Your brand, SKU and barcode go on every carton, each unit travels with its hardware pack and assembly instructions, and a photo report reaches you before each dispatch. Repeat orders are made against the approved sample.

For apartment buildings and hotels, wardrobes are built to the room and specified once per unit type from your unit matrix. We can prepare layouts, elevations and rendered views of each room type for your sign-off. One sample set is then approved in writing, batches follow your construction programme, and cartons are labelled by apartment and room for installation floor by floor. If the contract covers installation on an EU site, we organise the installation teams as well.

Beds, bedside units and dressers in the same finish

Beds with lift-up or drawer storage, upholstered or panel headboards, bedside units, dressers and dressing tables are produced in the same finishes as your wardrobes, so a bedroom range or a guest room arrives as one matching set. Bed size, headboard height, base type and drawer layout are set per model, and upholstery fabric and foam are chosen to your specification.

Boards, doors, fittings and build levels

Carcasses are melamine-faced chipboard in 16 or 18 mm, with moisture-resistant board for utility and laundry rooms and ABS edges from 0.8 to 2 mm. Doors come in plain, woodgrain or textured melamine, flat or profiled foil-wrapped MDF, matte, gloss or soft-touch lacquer to RAL or NCS, acrylic, or natural veneer per project. Fittings include soft-close hinges, sliding-door tracks, drawer and lift systems and push-to-open, with bar handles, J-profiles or handleless systems.

The specification is written by property, such as board class, edge thickness, hinge type and runner load, so you can compare it line by line with another quotation. White, cashmere, sage, graphite, natural oak, smoked oak, walnut and stone grey are décor examples; the full range comes from the board supplier you specify. On request we build with Egger, Kronospan, Kaindl, Blum, Hettich, Grass or Fundermax. Tell us the emission class and certificates your market requires and they are confirmed in the quotation.

Doors and fittings are set per product line, so the same production can make your entry range and your premium range. The three levels below are examples.

How a wardrobe order runs

Pick one model you reorder and send what you have on it: a drawing, a spec sheet or the product page, with the quantity per order and per year, the delivery address and any packaging, labelling or certificate requirements. We confirm receipt within one working day with any questions we need answered. A landed price for your warehouse or site follows within three working days of a complete enquiry, with no obligation, and is confirmed after a technical review of the drawings or a sample.

The written quotation gives the delivered unit price, packaging and labelling, lead time for the first and repeat orders, incoterm, payment milestones and how long the price is valid. Before the series starts, you approve a sample or trial batch in writing. The series is built to that sample with agreed inspection points, and the checks are photographed and sent to you before shipment. The wardrobes then leave Tetovo assembled or flat-packed, by full truck, groupage or container, with export documents that include the EUR.1 for EU deliveries.

Questions about wardrobe programmes

Are the wardrobes built in your own production?

Yes. Every wardrobe we quote is built in our own production in Tetovo, North Macedonia, where panels are cut, machined, edged, drilled, assembled and packed for export. We do not pass your order on to anyone else.

What is the minimum order for wardrobes?

Wardrobe programmes start from 10 units per design, and a mix across designs is possible. Private-label wardrobes built to your own design start from 20 units per design. Wardrobes for a hotel or an apartment building are quoted per project.

Can you build wardrobes to the room sizes of our apartment types?

Yes. For projects we build units to the room. Send the unit matrix with apartment types, quantities, drawings and target dates. Each type is specified once, with layouts and rendered views if you need them, a sample set is approved in writing, and production is phased to your construction programme.

Do the wardrobes ship assembled or flat-packed?

Either, whichever suits your logistics. Flat-packed wardrobes come with labelled parts, a hardware pack and assembly instructions per SKU, in cartons with corner protection that carry your brand, SKU and barcode. Assembled units are wrapped with corner protection, stretch film and foam, and packed on pallets or in crates.

How are payment and warranty handled?

Typically a deposit when the order is confirmed and the balance before shipment. Our cabinet furniture carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery, under normal use. Incoterm, lead time, payment milestones and warranty are set out in the written quotation for each order.

Where do you deliver, and do you install?

By truck across the EU and the Western Balkans and by container to the UK and the Gulf states, with export documents for each route, including the EUR.1 for EU deliveries. For EU projects we organise installation teams when the contract includes it; elsewhere units arrive with labelled parts and assembly instructions.
