Ranges for showrooms and online shops, built to your specification

We keep no stock range and publish no price list. Each range starts from your drawings, your spec sheets or a product you already sell. It can be a line under your own name, or a second source next to your current furniture supplier.

Everything is made in our own production in Tetovo, a day's drive from central Europe: panels are cut, CNC-machined, edged, drilled, assembled where the SKU needs it and packed for export. You deal directly with the manufacturer.

Assembled for the showroom floor, flat-packed for parcel and pallet

Each SKU is agreed as assembled or flat-packed, whichever suits your logistics. Flat-pack units are engineered for self-assembly, with pre-drilled panels and cam-and-dowel or screw fittings. Every part carries a label, so when a customer calls about a panel, your customer service can name the exact part.

Board, fronts, worktop and hardware are set per product line, so the range you advertise on price and the range you sell on finish can both come from our production floor. The three levels below are examples, confirmed per programme in the written quotation.

Décors such as white, cashmere, sage, graphite, natural oak, smoked oak, walnut and stone grey are examples too; full ranges come from the board supplier you specify. Emission class and certificates are confirmed with the quotation, so tell us at enquiry stage what your market requires. Brands we can build with on request: Egger, Kronospan, Kaindl, Blum, Hettich, Grass and Fundermax.

How a retail order runs

  1. Enquiry: you send one SKU (a drawing, spec sheet or product link) with your quantity per order and per year, warehouse address, target dates, packaging and labelling requirements and any certificates your market needs.
  2. Landed quote: within three working days of a complete enquiry, with no obligation, you receive the unit price delivered to your warehouse, packaging, lead time for first and repeat orders, payment milestones and validity. Prices are confirmed after a technical review of the drawings or a sample.
  3. Sample and series: a sample or trial batch is made for your written approval, and it fixes materials, hardware, finishes and construction. Dimensions, edges, fittings and finish are checked against it before release, and you get a photo report before each dispatch.
  4. Delivery and repeats: full truck or groupage across the EU and the Western Balkans, container to the UK and the Gulf, with export documents for the route, including EUR.1 for EU deliveries. Repeat orders run against the same specification.

Questions retailers and online sellers ask

Can you make a product we already buy from another supplier?
Yes. Send the product link or spec sheet with your order quantity and warehouse address, and set our delivered price against what you pay today. Prices are confirmed after a technical review of the drawings or a sample.
What is the minimum order, and can one order mix designs?
Programme orders start from 10 units per design, and private-label ranges and custom designs from 20 units per design. One order can combine several designs, so a new SKU can travel with your repeat lines. The trial quantity for each SKU is agreed after technical review.
How long does a first order take?
Lead time depends on finishes and quantity. On a first order, the sample or trial batch is made and approved before series production starts. The landed quote states the lead time for the first order and for repeat orders, and the written quotation confirms the incoterm and transit time.
What happens if a customer reports a defective part?
Cabinet furniture is warranted against manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery under normal use, and the warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective part. It excludes wear, moisture damage, incorrect assembly by third parties and site conditions outside the specification. Because every part is labelled, your customer service can tell us exactly which panel is affected.
What if a delivery arrives damaged?
Note any visible transport damage on the delivery documents and report it to us within 48 hours with photographs. Delivery terms and the point at which risk passes to you follow the incoterm stated in your quotation.
Will you sell our designs to other retailers?
No. Drawings you supply remain your property and are used only for your orders, as set out in our terms of cooperation.
