Terms of cooperation

Who we are. AVERA Interiors, Tetovo, North Macedonia (owner Arsim Aziri), coordinates the supply of cabinet furniture through independent manufacturing partners. AVERA is a business-to-business service; it does not sell to consumers through this website.

Website content. Descriptions, images and renderings on this site illustrate the type of work we coordinate. They are not an offer. Minimum-order lines are indicative and are confirmed per quotation.

Quotations. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. It lists the specification, quantities, price, lead time, delivery terms (incoterm) and payment schedule. Work starts only after written confirmation of the quotation and receipt of the agreed deposit.

Samples and approval. Where agreed, a sample unit is produced and approved by the buyer in writing before the series starts. Approval of the sample fixes materials, hardware, finishes and construction for the order.

Changes. Changes after confirmation are quoted separately and may move the delivery date.

Delivery and risk. Delivery terms and the point at which risk passes are those of the incoterm stated in the quotation. Visible transport damage must be noted on the delivery documents and reported within 48 hours with photographs.

Warranty. Cabinet furniture is warranted against manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery under normal use. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective part and excludes wear, moisture damage, incorrect assembly by third parties and site conditions outside the specification.

Liability. AVERA's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Indirect losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property. Drawings and renderings produced by AVERA remain AVERA's property until the related order is paid in full; buyer-supplied drawings remain the buyer's property and are used only for that buyer's orders.

Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. The parties will try to settle any dispute amicably before going to the competent court in Tetovo.
