Apartment furniture manufacturer for residential developers

A complete apartment scope can cover the kitchen, bedroom wardrobes, the bathroom vanity with its mirror and tall cabinet, hallway storage and, where your brief includes them, beds, nightstands, a TV wall and a dining table in the same finishes. We work from your architect's drawings and room lists, draw each apartment type once, agree it with you, then build it for every unit of that type. Standardised layouts and a small palette of finishes keep volume production simple, so the top floor matches the first.

Unit matrix. You send the apartment types, the number of units of each, drawings or room lists and your target dates.

Landed price. Within three working days of a complete enquiry you receive a landed price for the apartment type you sent, with no obligation.

Design and specification. Layouts, elevations and rendered views for each apartment type, revised until you sign them off. Then a line-by-line specification and finish schedule with a fixed price, payment milestones and a production calendar.

Sample apartment. One apartment set is produced for your written approval. It fixes materials, hardware, finishes and construction for the whole order.

Phased production. Batches are scheduled against your construction programme, so furniture arrives as each floor is ready for it.

Labelled delivery. Every delivery is packed and labelled per apartment and room, so each set goes straight to the right door.

Carcasses are melamine-faced chipboard in 16 or 18 mm, with moisture-resistant board in kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. Fronts come in melamine décors, foil, lacquer to RAL or NCS, acrylic, or veneer per project. Edges are ABS from 0.8 to 2 mm, and worktops are laminate or compact laminate, with quartz and ceramic on request.

Carcass, fronts, worktop and hardware are set per build level, so a rental building and a premium scheme can be quoted from the same production. The levels below are examples; the final specification is agreed per project.

Every item is written down by property (board class, edge thickness, hinge type, runner load), so you can check it against your tender. Emission class and certificates are confirmed with the quotation. On request we build with Egger, Kronospan, Kaindl, Blum, Hettich, Grass and Fundermax.

Panels for your building are cut on our beam saw, machined on CNC, edged, drilled and assembled in Tetovo, then packed there for export. Nothing on your quotation is passed on to another workshop, and the person handling your project can check your order on the production floor.

The series is built to the approved sample apartment. Checkpoints during the run are documented in photographs you receive before shipment, and dimensions, edges, fittings and finish are checked against the sample in a final inspection before anything is packed.

Furniture ships assembled or flat-packed, whichever suits your site logistics. Cartons and pallets are labelled per apartment and room and protected with corner guards, stretch film and foam, with crates for container loads. Flat-packed units come with labelled parts, a hardware kit and assembly instructions.

We deliver by full truck or groupage across the EU and the Western Balkans, and by container to the UK and the Gulf states. Export documents are prepared for every shipment, including the EUR.1 certificate of origin for EU deliveries, and the incoterm is set in the quotation. Collection from North Macedonia is possible on request. For EU projects, installation teams can be organised when the contract includes it.
