Carcasses for the fronts you already make and sell
If you make fronts for IKEA kitchens and wardrobes, or sell kitchen blocks online, your customers need carcasses that match them. We make kitchen carcasses in METOD-compatible sizes and wardrobe carcasses in PAX-compatible sizes, so the fronts you make or sell fit without changes to your product.
You send the size list, the hole pattern and the hardware you want, or a carcass to copy. We build to it in our own factory in Tetovo from 18 mm board, check the fit on a sample with your own fronts, and make the series to that approved sample.

Flat-packed, labelled and ready for your warehouse
Carcasses ship flat-packed or assembled, whichever suits your logistics. Flat-packed carcasses come with every panel labelled, one hardware bag per carcass and assembly instructions, so your customer receives one complete unit to go with your fronts.
Under private label, cartons and labels carry your brand, SKU and barcode, and we pack in your packaging if you specify it. Carcasses follow the same rules as our flat-pack programmes and private label ranges.

Send the sizes you need, the hole pattern or a carcass to copy, the hardware and your quantities. Within three working days of a complete enquiry you receive a landed price, with no obligation: the price per carcass delivered to your warehouse, packing and labelling, lead time and payment terms. Made and checked in our own factory
Every carcass is cut, edged, drilled and packed in our factory in Tetovo, North Macedonia, a day's drive from central Europe. Dimensions, edges and hole positions are checked against the approved sample before each shipment, and you receive photographs of the checks. You can see the production on a video call, and you are welcome to visit the factory before you order.
We currently export to buyers in Switzerland, Germany, Israel, Poland, Serbia, Albania and Kosovo. Each shipment travels with the export documents for its route, including the EUR.1 certificate of origin for EU deliveries. The questions buyers ask before a first order are answered in our buyer FAQ.

Will our fronts fit your carcasses?
The carcasses are built to the sizes and hole pattern your fronts are made for. Before the series, one sample is made at cost and checked with your own fronts, and that cost is credited against your first order. The series is then made to the approved sample.
What is the minimum order for carcasses?
