Private label furniture manufacturer: your brand, your SKU, our production

Private label is for furniture brands, retailers and online sellers who need a dependable source for their own range, or a second source next to the supplier they use today. You bring the design: approved drawings, current spec sheets or a product you already sell. We make it under your name, in the sizes, materials and finishes you specify, assembled or flat-packed, whichever suits your warehouse and your customers.

AVERA is a family-owned cabinet-furniture manufacturer. The panels for your range are cut, CNC-machined, edged, drilled, assembled where the SKU needs it and packed in Tetovo, so the person answering your questions can check your order on the production floor.

Before the first panel is cut, we engineer your drawings for production and write the specification by property: board class, edge thickness, hinge type, runner load and finish family, plus the cartons, labels and instructions. Drawings, materials, hardware and packaging are reviewed with you and confirmed in writing before production.

The sample or trial batch you approve in writing then fixes materials, hardware, finishes and construction. Every repeat order is built from that frozen specification, and dimensions, edges, fittings and finish are checked against the approved sample before release, so your hundredth delivery matches the sample you signed off.

Cartons are sized for pallet and container loading and printed with your artwork. Every part is labelled, and assembly instructions come as PDF and print-ready files. Knock-down construction and fittings are covered on the flat-pack programme page.

Pallets go by full truck or groupage across the EU and the Western Balkans, and containers to the UK and the Gulf, with export documents prepared for the route, including the EUR.1 certificate of origin for EU deliveries. Collection from North Macedonia is possible on request.

Carcasses are melamine-faced chipboard in 16 or 18 mm, in plain, woodgrain or textured décors from the board supplier you choose, with ABS edges from 0.8 to 2 mm and moisture-resistant board for bathroom and utility units. MDF is used for lacquered, foil-wrapped and routed fronts, lacquer is matched to RAL or NCS, and headboards are upholstered with the fabric and foam you specify.

If your range needs a named supplier or a certificate, tell us at enquiry stage and we build to it; emission class and certificates are confirmed with the quotation. Brands we can build with on request: Egger, Kronospan, Kaindl, Blum, Hettich, Grass and Fundermax.

Board, fronts, worktop and hardware are set per product line, so your opening price point and your premium line can come from the same production. The three levels below are examples, confirmed per programme in the written quotation.

1. Enquiry: you send one SKU (a drawing, a spec sheet or a link to the product page) with your quantity per order and per year, your warehouse address and target dates, and any packaging, labelling or certificate requirements.
2. Landed quote: within three working days of a complete enquiry you receive, in writing and with no obligation, the unit price delivered to your warehouse, packaging and labelling, lead time for the first and repeat orders, payment milestones and validity. Prices are confirmed after technical review of the drawings or a sample.
3. Sample or trial batch: produced for your written approval before the series starts.
4. Series production: built to the approved sample, with agreed inspection points.
5. Delivery and repeats: packed, labelled and shipped to your warehouse, with repeat orders run against the same specification.

Payment is typically a deposit on order confirmation and the balance before shipment. Cabinet furniture is warranted against manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery under normal use, as set out in our terms of cooperation.
