Hotel sample room first: one room planned, priced and built before the roll-out

Before a hotel orders furniture for every room, it should see one finished room. AVERA Interiors plans your sample room in 3D free of charge, sends a landed price per room, builds the sample in its own factory in Tetovo, North Macedonia, and rolls the approved room out across your property. Send one room type to start.

Why hotels start with one room

White bedroom furniture set with a tall wardrobe with smoked-glass doors, an upholstered bed and matching bedside tables.

A hotel order is one room design repeated on every floor. A sample room, often called a mock-up room, lets the owner, the operator and the interior designer see the real furniture in the real finishes before the full order is placed. Changes are made on one room at this stage, not on site across the building.

The signed-off sample room then fixes materials, hardware, finishes and construction for the whole roll-out. How the full project runs is described on our hotel furniture page.

Free 3D planning of the sample room

Bedroom design with a large window, a wood bed frame and a white panelled wardrobe with circular pulls.

Send the room plan, the designer's drawings or, if that is all you have yet, the room size and a few reference photos. We plan the sample room in 3D free of charge: the layout, elevations of each piece and rendered views in your finishes, revised with you until you sign them off.

The plan covers the furniture of one room type, from the wardrobe and headboard wall to the bathroom vanity. Beds and headboards are upholstered, in your own fabric if you supply it.

  • Guest room: wardrobe, headboard wall, bedside units, desk, minibar and luggage units, TV panel, mirror frame
  • Beds and headboards: upholstered, also in your own fabric
  • Bathroom: vanity, mirror cabinet and tall cabinet in moisture-resistant materials
  • Layout, elevations and rendered views, free of charge

A landed price per room, then the sample

With the approved plan and your number of rooms, you receive a landed price within three working days: the price per room delivered to your hotel, with packing, lead time and payment terms. The sample room is priced in the same written offer.

The sample room is built first, in our factory, and delivered so you can judge it before the roll-out. You can follow it on a video call from the factory, and you are welcome to visit us in Tetovo before you decide.

From the approved room to every room

AVERA production hall with CNC line in Tetovo

Once you sign off the sample room, the roll-out is built to it, room type by room type. Production runs in batches that follow your opening or refurbishment programme. Dimensions, edges, fittings and finish are checked against the approved sample, and you receive photographs of the checks before each shipment. Every set is packed for export and labelled by room, so your site team can place it floor by floor.

We currently export to buyers in Switzerland, Germany, Israel, Poland, Serbia, Albania and Kosovo, with the export documents for each route, including the EUR.1 certificate of origin for EU deliveries. Later phases and your next property can use the same approved room. More answers for first-time buyers are in our buyer FAQ.

Questions about the sample room

What does the free 3D planning include?
The layout of the room, elevations of each piece and rendered views in your finishes, revised with you until you sign them off. It covers the cabinet furniture, the upholstered bed and headboard and the bathroom furniture of one room type, free of charge.
Do we have to order the whole hotel to get a sample room?
No. The sample room comes first, and you decide on the roll-out after you have seen it. You receive the landed price per room before the sample is made, so you know the cost of the roll-out when you approve the room.
What does the sample room cost?
The sample room is priced in the written offer, together with the landed price per room for the roll-out. It is built first, so you can judge the finished room before you order the rest.
Can the beds and headboards be upholstered in our own fabric?
Yes. Upholstered beds and headboards can be made in the fabric you supply, so the sample room shows the exact finish your guests will see.
Can we see the factory before we decide?
Yes. We can show you the production on a video call, and you are welcome to visit our factory in Tetovo, North Macedonia, a day's drive from central Europe.
Do you already deliver to our country?
We currently export to buyers in Switzerland, Germany, Israel, Poland, Serbia, Albania and Kosovo. For other countries, send the hotel address with your enquiry, and the route, incoterm and transit time are set in the quotation.
