A guest room is a short list of cabinet pieces that has to read as one design. We make every piece in the room to one finish schedule and one board and edge specification, so a room on the fifth floor matches the sample room you approved.

The same programme covers apartment bedrooms and retail bedroom ranges: beds with upholstered or panel headboards and storage bases, nightstands, dressers and dressing tables, made in the finishes of your wardrobes.

Priced per room type, built from your room matrix

Hotel casegoods are specified once per room type and multiplied by the matrix. Send the room types with their drawings, spec sheets or the casegoods lines of your FF&E schedule, the number of rooms of each, the delivery address and your target dates. Within one working day we confirm receipt and send the questions we need answered before pricing.

You receive a landed price per room type within three working days of a complete enquiry, with no obligation. The written quotation lists every room type item by item, with the bill of materials, hardware list, finish schedule, lead time, payment milestones and a production calendar. Prices are confirmed after a technical review of the drawings or a sample.

If you only have a design brief, we prepare layouts, elevations and rendered views per room type and revise them until you sign them off. Renderings from a hotel guest-room scheme are on our projects page.

One complete room set is then made as the sample for your written approval, and the series follows your construction programme in batches. Projects are quoted individually, with typical scopes from 20 rooms. To begin, request a quotation for one room type.

Boards, fronts, upholstery and hardware

Carcasses are melamine-faced chipboard in 16 or 18 mm with ABS edges from 0.8 to 2 mm, and bathroom units use moisture-resistant board. MDF is used for lacquered, foil-wrapped and routed fronts, and plywood or veneered boards are reviewed per project. Fronts and panels follow the interior designer's scheme: plain, woodgrain or textured melamine, lacquer in matte, gloss or soft-touch to RAL or NCS, acrylic, or natural veneer. Headboards are upholstered in the fabric and foam you specify.

The specification is written by property, such as board class, edge thickness, hinge type and runner load, so your purchasing team can compare it line by line with other bids. If it names a supplier, we build to it. On request we work with Egger, Kronospan, Kaindl, Blum, Hettich, Grass and Fundermax. Emission class and certificates are confirmed with the quotation.

Fronts and hardware are set per product line, so standard rooms and suites can sit on different levels within one programme. The three levels below are examples, and the final specification is confirmed in the written quotation.

  • Essential: plain or woodgrain melamine fronts, soft-close hinges, bar handles
  • Plus: matte or textured melamine or foil-wrapped fronts, soft-close hinges and drawers, J-profile or bar handles
  • Premium: lacquered, acrylic or veneer fronts, full-extension drawers and lift systems from a named brand, handleless profiles, integrated LED

Made and checked in our own production

Panels for every room set are cut on our beam saw, machined on CNC, edged, drilled and assembled in Tetovo, then inspected and packed there for export. Because we make what we quote, the person handling your project can walk into production and check your order.

The series is built to the approved sample room with agreed inspection points. Dimensions, edges, fittings and finish are checked against that sample before release, and you receive photographs of the checks before shipment. Later phases and repeat orders are built to the same frozen specification and the same approved sample.

Packing, delivery and installation

Each room set is packed with corner protection, stretch film and foam, labelled by room so your site team can distribute it floor by floor, and loaded on pallets or in crates. We ship by full truck or groupage across the EU and the Western Balkans, and by container to the UK and the Gulf states. Export documents are prepared per shipment, including the EUR.1 certificate of origin for EU deliveries, and the incoterm and transit time are confirmed in the quotation. Collection from North Macedonia is available on request.

For EU projects we organise installation teams when the contract includes it, quoted after a review of location, access and responsibilities. Outside the EU, every room set arrives with labelled parts and assembly instructions.

Questions about guest-room and bedroom furniture

Do you make the casegoods in your own production?
Yes. AVERA is a family-owned manufacturer. Every wardrobe, headboard wall and desk is cut, CNC-machined, edged, drilled and assembled in our production in Tetovo, North Macedonia, then inspected and packed there for export. The furniture on your quotation is not passed on to another workshop.
What is the minimum order for a hotel project?
Hotel room sets are quoted per project, and typical scopes start from 20 rooms. For a retail bedroom range, programme orders start from 10 units per design and custom designs from 20 units per design, with a mix across designs possible.
What do you need from us to price a room type?
Drawings, spec sheets or the designer's finish schedule for one room type, the number of rooms, the delivery address and your target dates, plus any packaging, labelling or certificate requirements for your market. You receive a landed price within three working days of a complete enquiry, with no obligation.
Do you make beds and upholstered headboards as well?
Yes. Beds come with upholstered or panel headboards and storage bases, including lift-up and drawer beds, in the same finishes as the wardrobes and bedside units. Headboards are upholstered in the fabric and foam you specify, and bed size, headboard height, base type and drawer layout are set per model.
Can you follow our interior designer's finish schedule?
Yes. Fronts and panels are finished to the designer's scheme, and headboard fabric and foam follow your specification. If the schedule names a board or hardware supplier, or your market needs a certificate, tell us at enquiry stage and we build to it.
How do lead time, payment and delivery work?
Lead time depends on finishes and quantity and is confirmed in the written quotation, with a production calendar set against your target dates. Payment is typically a deposit on order confirmation and the balance before shipment. Delivery is by truck across the EU and the Western Balkans or by container to the UK and the Gulf, with installation teams for EU projects when the contract includes it.
