What we collect. When you send a quotation request we store the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, country, website, project details) and the files you attach, together with the time of submission, your IP address and the language of the page. This is needed to answer your request (pre-contractual steps at your request, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and to protect the form against abuse (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

Where it goes. Requests are stored on our server in the European Union, emailed to arsim@averainteriors.com and forwarded to our internal lead-management system. We share project details with the manufacturing partner selected for your enquiry only as far as needed to prepare a quotation. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Retention. Quotation requests are kept for as long as we have a business relationship or an open enquiry and deleted no later than three years after the last contact, unless a contract or law requires longer retention.

Cookies. The site sets only strictly necessary cookies: a security token for the request form and an entry that remembers you closed the cookie notice. No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies are used. See the cookie policy.

Your rights. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to arsim@averainteriors.com. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country or to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.

Hosting and security. The site runs on a server in the EU behind HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web root and are only reachable by the administrator.
