Custom kitchen cabinet manufacturer for developers, hotels and retailers

Galley, L-shaped, U-shaped and island kitchens, built as carcass modules: base, wall and tall units, pantry cabinets and compact kitchen blocks. We make them in the widths, heights and finishes your customers buy, from your drawings or spec sheets, or from a kitchen you already sell.

Sink and hob cut-outs, appliance housings and worktops are prepared to the agreed specification. Our example kitchen blocks use 600 mm modules, a worktop height of 900 mm and an overall height of 2170 mm, with base units on adjustable legs and a plinth. Your programme can use its own sizes.

Carcass, fronts, worktop and hardware are set per product line, so the same production can make your entry range and your premium range. The three levels below are examples. At Premium level, drawers and lift systems come from a named hardware brand. The final specification is agreed per programme and confirmed in the written quotation.

For a residential development or a hotel, each kitchen is specified once per unit type. One sample kitchen is produced for your written approval, batches follow your construction programme, and every delivery is packed and labelled per apartment. Installation teams can be organised for EU projects when the contract includes it.

For a retail or online range, we make fixed modules in your range sizes, assembled or flat-packed, with your brand, SKU and barcode on every carton, plus a hardware pack and assembly instructions per SKU. Repeat orders are built to the approved sample.

Carcasses are melamine-faced chipboard in 16 or 18 mm, with moisture-resistant board where the kitchen needs it. Lacquered, foil-wrapped and routed fronts are MDF. Lacquer comes in matte, gloss or soft-touch to RAL or NCS, foil-wrapped fronts are flat or profiled, and acrylic fronts come in gloss or super-matte. Décors run from plain white and graphite to oak, walnut and stone effects, and the full range comes from the board supplier you specify.

We write the specification by property: board class, edge thickness, hinge type, runner load and finish family, so you can compare it line by line with any other quotation. Brands we can build with on request: Egger, Kronospan, Kaindl, Blum, Hettich, Grass and Fundermax. Emission class and certificates are confirmed with the quotation. If your market needs a named supplier or a certificate, tell us at enquiry stage.

Send one kitchen you buy regularly: a drawing, a spec sheet or a link to the product page, with your target quantity and delivery address. Within three working days of a complete enquiry you receive a landed price to compare with your current supplier, with no obligation. If you start from a floor plan rather than finished drawings, we prepare layouts, elevations and rendered views for your sign-off.

After a technical review, a sample or trial batch is produced for your written approval. The series is built to that sample with agreed inspection points. Dimensions, edges, fittings and finish are checked against the approved sample before release, and you receive photographs of the checks before shipment. Cartons, corner protection and labels follow your specification. Payment is typically a deposit on order confirmation and the balance before shipment. Repeat orders run against the same specification.
